An investor’s question
Schuck describes the negative reviews and his response about leadership over time.
Henry Schuck recalls meeting investors during an IPO roadshow. They brought printed Glassdoor reviews and asked him about negative comments, including claims that he could become angry.
Schuck says he founded the company at 23 and had hundreds of employees by 28. He argued that a review describing his leadership at one point in time should not automatically be treated as a complete picture seven to nine years later.
His response was that the older assessment could overlook how a leader has learned and changed. The clip presents his perspective; it does not independently establish the accuracy of the reviews or how his management changed.
